Sepehr is a Dutch fashion designer with Persian roots. During the IJ-Hallen he enjoys the hustle and bustle, sense of fashion, and the free and creative ways young people dress. The NDSM-area is one of the last places in Amsterdam where you can park your car for a reasonable price (1,60€ p/h), and there is always enough parking space - even during the flea market.
Second-hand clothing
In Sepehr’s collections you’ll find a lot of references to the fashion-industry, fast fashion, the throwaway society we live in and our own greed. He consciously uses a lot of second-hand clothing in his designs. That’s why everyone who is familiar with the IJ-Hallen will understand why Sepehr loves to come here - it’s an endless source of inspiration and vintage treasures.
