Ross Evk has been active in graffiti since 1994. From the very start he made pieces; tagging has never been his thing. His style harbors traditional harder lines. He also often folds parts of his letters and he loves to play with different color shades, for instance also using his fill-in color as his outline color. Researching forms and colors is what keeps things interesting for Ross.
“Graffiti is something that you do for yourself. This also applies to the quest for shapes and style. Discovering your own style and visual language is an ongoing process. To step away from the daily routine and ‘to be in the moment’, for the sole purpose of making the piece you’re working on as good as possible.” / Ross Evk
