Growing up in Iran in the 1990s, the two brothers faced persecution for expressing their opinions through numerous stencil artworks. They left their home country in 2012 and now live as political refugees in Brooklyn, NYC. This sculpture reflects, literally, both our times and their own experience. It is meant to be looked at from different angles, since there is never just one side of a story.
