Arthur Miller’s Nightmare

Arthur Miller’s Nightmare is inspired by the romantic history between Arthur Miller and Marilyn Monroe. After a high-profile marriage in 1956, it took only a few days before Marilyn learned from Arthur’s notebook that he was disappointed in her, only really loved his daughter and regretted marrying her. Things went steadily from bad to worse and the pair separated in 1960 and divorced the following year.

Pure Evil is mostly known for his fanged bunnies and Warhol-esque portraiture. A child of contemporary London and Silicon Valley-era San Francisco, his art of primarily modern icons expresses both biographical signature and western culture critique.
